Today was a “less is more” kind of day.
1st Alert……Signaled at .55 and ran to .81 for a 50% gain.
2nd Alert……Was on our pre market watchlist and we jumped on it. But the stock started moving in the opposite direction and we signaled the exit. We got out flat with no harm done.
Our 3rd holding was an overnight hold and that one did not move like we thought. We ended up with a 27.5% loss.
That brings today’s total to 22.5%
Today the system came in extremely handy. The market was turbulent and hard to get a good read. Luckily the system was there to guide us as all of these alerts, even the one we hit for 50%, would have been huge losses without the proper guidance. Its not all about the big gains all the time. Sometimes the best gain is avoiding a huge loss.
